Hey, I’m Kayla Matola. I’m the COO at All Square Mortgage Inc, a small but mighty mortgage brokerage that started back in 2012. I’ve been in the industry since 2008 and have always worked on the broker side—it’s where I’ve built my career and community.
At All Square, I wear a lot of hats. I help shape the direction of the business, make sure we’re staying on top of industry standards, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. I also build out quality control systems, work with the team on marketing ideas, and help everyone grow in their roles.
I’ve got a strong background in compliance and have built great relationships over the years. I’ve been part of All Square since the beginning and love being a part of its journey.
