Kayla Matola is the Chief Operations Officer for All Square Mortgage Inc. Oversees the company’s corporate operations and loan production while also administering the relationships with key counterparties including, but not limited to, investors, agencies, warehouse lenders and State and Federal regulators.
Kayla was introduced in this industry March 2008 and has been fortunate to move through various departments retaining knowledge from trusted and experienced leaders. Working through assignments with increasing responsibility, she quickly transformed into a forward-thinking mortgage professional with strong values in communication and ethics. She is driven to continuously focus on improving processes in all aspects of the business.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, while residing in her current hometown of Lake Stevens, Washington.
